I bring greetings from the men of Upsilon Xi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, incorporated.  We thank you for taking the time to visit our site. The brothers of Upsilon Xi Sigma are proud and distinguished representatives of the Western Tidewater communities. We pride ourselves as ambassadors and leaders of the communities, young men, and business acumen. Our goal is to entrench ourselves as advocates and vigilant men for those in need.  Our chapter is developed upon likeminded men, who for over 110 years have served under our principles brotherhood, scholarship, and service.
