Welcome on Behalf of the Suffolk Sigmas of Upsilon Xi Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, incorporated. We thank you for taking the time to visit our site. The brothers of Upsilon Xi Sigma are proud ambassadors of the Western Tidewater Region who lead with integrity, honor, and dignity. Furthermore, our diverse group of leaders are comprised of men who are pacesetters in their vast professions, advocates for those in distress, and powerful voice for the eradication of educational deficiencies in all communities. Moreover, Upsilon Xi Sigma in its short existence, has formed corporate and community partnerships, developed a strong mentorship program entitled the Sigma Beta Club which mentors young men ages 8-18, and connects with families of the Western Tidewater Region daily. Our chapter has been cultivated upon the vision of our founders A. Langston Taylor, Charles I. Brown, and Leonard F. Morse, who for over 110 years have served under our principles Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.
